About Nebula Academy
Nebula Academy has been started with a small aim of mine, to be at the service of various aspirants (both fresher’s & IT professionals), impart technical training (classroom/Online) using the Integration products like WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere MQ to develop solution/administer existing integration landscape.
Our goal would be to provide both flexible & customized training solution that will cater to the demands / requirements / expectations of every individual aspirants, while never loosing focus on High Quality & Excellence.
Brief Overview About Me
Over my total 12+ years of IT experience that had spanned across major IT companies and for various clients in both US & UK, have been instrumental in implementing integration solutions using IBM WebSphere Integration suite of products (WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Process Server etc). During my days with various IT companies, I have donned various roles right from Developer to Project Manager to Technical Architect/SOA Lead.
My expertise & involvement in integration projects ranges across Application Development and Service Delivery Engagement for some of the major US & UK clients and have led teams at Offshore & Onsite as both Manager & Technical Lead. This has been recognized well, both internally within the organization I served as well as by the Clients.
Why Nebula?
We know that currently there are various options providing the technical training for the same products / courses we offer. So the major challenge for us to determine how to be different and stand-out from others while catering to the candidate's requirement. This is where my yester-life as employee for major Software vendors and experiences both delivering projects and handling team has helped me out.
We at Nebula, understand that every Candidate has unique expectation from the course they are planning to undertake. Expectations from the course vary due to multitude of factors like their current area of expertise, years of experience or a fresher and most importantly their Career Goals or aspirations. And hence understand that a generic course structure will not cater to all, although it can provide a good starting ground / base. With this knowledge, we try to provide customized course structure to each our Candidate. This we try to achieve by having detailed discussion with our candidates and try to understand their expectations / background before finalizing the course structure.
Although the courses that we offer for the candidates are product based technical training, we understand that when these candidates get into any real-time projects, technical know-how of the products alone might not suffice. To provide an edge over other candidates, we impart process-knowledge too as part of the product-level training, which might be required during various implementation stages or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the project. So apart from strengthing the technical knowledge of the candidate, we also focus on the process side that are critical for them in any projects, esp for those from non-integration background. Hence we have sessions specifically focussed on Requirements Gathering process, Design process, Delivery process etc and also walk-them through the corresponding documents - Requirements / Integratiojn Specifications, Design Documents etc.
